A Windsor Swim Club record can be obtained in two ways:
- Best at Hawkesbury Oasis swimming pool on club nights.
- Best swim at any event.
To claim a record, complete the form below.
As stated in the club handbook, to claim a record a member must:
- Be a first claim member.
- Submit the claim no longer than 4 weeks after the event.
- An official print out of the meet results will be accepted as validation for non club night swims. It is your responsibility to have this done.
The form requires a screenshot of the approved event and time. The swimmer’s name also needs to appear at the top. This can be a screenshot of Results Central or Swim Central, if the “green ticks” are displayed verifying and approving the swim. Meet mobile times are not approved times and cannot be accepted as an approved result.
Once approved, the record will be displayed here on the website, in the Club Newsletter, and on our Facebook page (at the end of the season).
