Windsor Swim Club holds Club Night Racing on Friday nights at the Hawkesbury Oasis Swimming Centre. Any special awards and presentations are done prior to the commencement of the night at 6:20pm with first events starting at around 6:30pm, unless otherwise stated in the programme.

Volunteers are required before club night commences therefore all volunteer helpers and officials should report to the Referee or delegate from 6:15pm to 6:30pm. We cannot hold club night racing without volunteers and officials, so your assistance is greatly appreciated by all of us at Windsor Swim Club.

The club uses “Dolphin stopwatches” to time races which are quite easy to use. They start automatically when the race commences, and the time-keeper is only required to stop the watch when the swimmer touches the wall and then record the time.

To enter events for Friday nights, you must submit all entries online. A link to the online entry form can be found on the club’s website and will also be posted on our Facebook page prior to Thursday night. Please note that entries close Thursday night at 8pm. At the meet detail page select the “enter” button and this will take you to the log-in page. Once you are logged in select the “book on event” button and from here you can select the events you wish to enter then submit.

Club Championship Distance and Age

Club Championship events are at no additional cost to members, however it is the responsibility of the member (or their parent/ guardian) to complete the entry prior to the posted closing date. Given this is a championship event held over multiple weeks, all entries must be completed at the one time. Late entries will not be accepted for Championship Events
