Welcome members and families to the Windsor Swim Club. Our club is a family friendly club. We cater for swimmers of all ages and abilities and aim to provide opportunities for all swimmers to reach their goals and potential whether they are a recreational or representative swimmer. Club racing is held on Friday night with marshalling commencing at 6:25pm to begin competing at 6:30pm.

Our Club is run by volunteers who willingly give up their time to help make our club a successful one. When you and/or your children join the Club, there is an expectation that you will be available to volunteer on Friday night club nights and be available to volunteer at our club swim carnivals and other external carnivals where Windsor Swim Club’s assistance is required. We welcome and appreciate any help that you as a parent can give on club nights. Remember the quicker we get started the earlier we can go home. There are many jobs that you can help with such as, timekeeping, marshalling, check starting and selling raffle tickets just to name a few.

During the season we may target carnivals that are run by other clubs or our area to suit all ages and abilities. Carnival dates, programmes and entry details are available on the NSW Swimming website. The club’s race secretary, or any of the Club Directors can assist you with this information.

Strict cut off dates for entry into carnivals apply so please make yourself aware of these dates so you can successfully place your entries in by the desired time. Online entries will require payment at the time of entry, and this is generally done via a credit card charge. We encourage swimmers to enter external swim meets as well as our club carnivals and carnivals within the area. This gives the swimmer the opportunity to compete against other swimmers outside our club.

Club Night programmes are available for Summer and Winter Seasons. Please feel free to come and ask questions to any of the committee members if you are not sure about anything. Please do not go to a parent as they may give you the wrong answers.
